Due to dynamic development of one of our Clients we are looking for suitable candidate for the following position:
hr associate (compensation & benefits)

Location: Kraków
Responsibilities:
- data entry in SAP HR System
- preparation and validation of documents
- design and generate standard and special ad-hoc HR reports
- preparation of summaries and analysis of data
- support maintenance request in database, including registration of the request
- preparation manual action in accordance with company procedures
- last year student or University degree
- knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Office tools (working knowledge Excel is a must)
- good written and oral communication skills in English
- attention to details, strong analytical and problem solving skills
- good organizational and priority settings skills
- knowledge of SAP HR System is an asset
- temporary employment with possibility of extension
