As a HR Assistant you will be a member of our Compe-tence Center and will support daily work of our HR Department. Your main tasks will be to build and maintain CV database, review applications, arrange interviews and handle all candidate documentation. You will also be involved in execution of all selection events and programs, as well as enter- and exit-procedures of white collars and technicians (contracts, terminations, documentation flow). As a Competence Center member you will also cooperate with other FairWind departments such as Compliance, Travel & Logistic, Warehouse and Site Management.
You will be responsible for developing a good understanding of FairWind needs, work culture and environment.

Our requirements:
• Experience in HR area (experience in recruitment of blue collars will be a benefit)
• HR or related field studies will be a benefit
• Very good knowledge of English
• Very good spoken and written communication skills
• Strong user of IT
• Excellent organizational skills
• Being a goal and quality oriented, open-minded person with a positive attitude
• Ability to work under time pressure, stress resistance
• A strong sense of responsibility, self-discipline and work ethics
