For our Client global, logistic leader, we are looking for experienced HR and Payroll Specialist to join their company.
Your new role
You will be part of growing HR team. Your scope of duties will include: supervising schedules and working time records of employees e.g. sick leaves, maternity leaves and overtime, independently carry out C&B, payroll calculation, social insurance funds/social benefits (life insurance, medical insurance, pension plan, work accident insurance) and tax system. Moreover you will be responsible forthe company side legal obligation related with any payment e.g. Tax documents and documents sent to ZUS.
What you'll need to succeed
You are suitable person, if you have min. 5 years of experience working as an independent HR and Payroll Specialist, preferably in international environment. You are familiar with TETA or R2PÅ‚atnik, polish labour law and speak both languages: Polish and English.
