HR and Office Assistant

Miejsce pracy: Wrocław

Job description:

  • Supporting the HR department in current tasks (arranging candidates for interviews, providing feedback to the candidates, preparing materials for trainings etc.);
  • Ensuring proper flow of the information within the company;
  • Coordinating mail flow in and out of office;
  • Managing the visitors book and giving out security passes;
  • Keeping a calendar of the meetings;
  • Supporting the management team;
  • Providing first point of contact advice across the areas of Employee Relations, Recruitment, Learning and Development, and Workplace Health and Safety.
  • Producing reports, correspondence, spreadsheets, internship contracts and other documentation as required.

 

We expect from applicants:

  • Very good command of English (written and spoken);
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications;
  • Organized, flexible and able to work under time pressure;
  • Strong customer focus and communication skills;
  • Experience on a similar position will be an advantage.
