HR and Office Assistant
Miejsce pracy: WrocławJob description:
- Supporting the HR department in current tasks (arranging candidates for interviews, providing feedback to the candidates, preparing materials for trainings etc.);
- Ensuring proper flow of the information within the company;
- Coordinating mail flow in and out of office;
- Managing the visitors book and giving out security passes;
- Keeping a calendar of the meetings;
- Supporting the management team;
- Providing first point of contact advice across the areas of Employee Relations, Recruitment, Learning and Development, and Workplace Health and Safety.
- Producing reports, correspondence, spreadsheets, internship contracts and other documentation as required.
We expect from applicants:
- Very good command of English (written and spoken);
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications;
- Organized, flexible and able to work under time pressure;
- Strong customer focus and communication skills;
- Experience on a similar position will be an advantage.
