We are looking to hire talented and committed HR Advisor (m/f) to provide HR administration support to of our Fulfillment Center (FC) in in Sady, close to the city of Poznań. The HR Advisor will provide support to both the HR and the Operational teams and will report to the HR Business Partner.

Please note as our FC operates 24/7 we organize our HR coverage to provide support to our associates and line managers on various shifts. Therefore you will be required to work morning and afternoon shift. Extensive flexibility is also expected towards working hours during peak seasonal period.

 

Responsibilities:

  • To input, update and maintain all site related HR data via PeopleSoft and AT Server. Maintain the accuracy of information in PeopleSoft.
  • Production of weekly and monthly reports and analysis on key HR data to include absence, attrition and ER data via the in-house management system
  • Carry out Audits regarding right to work, personal information, bank details and emergency contacts.
  • To forge relationships with Operations and Associates to drive positive employee engagement within the site.
  • The weekly tracking of Payroll and Benefits data via in house metrics dashboards to Managers.
  • To work closely with both the payroll and compensation and benefits departments with regards to site changes and the delivery of communications within this area
  • Provide advice and support with regards to employment policies and procedures that are specific to FC operations
  • To maintain, manage and regularly audit all manual and electronic personnel files.
  • To assist the site HRBP/Operational Managers and HR Manager with HR admin support, including recruitment, selection and ER issues.
  • Provide a training resource to all new Managers within the FC on HR resources/tools.
  • Assist in the scheduling of and take notes during Investigation, Disciplinary and Grievance meetings
  • Assist in the implementation and operation of all HR and Company Policies and Procedures
  • Assist with updating company documents as and when necessary to ensure that documents comply with current legislation
  • Participate in local site FC/ HR ad hoc projects

 

Basic Qualifications

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • Previous experience as a Human Resources Assistant, ideally within a large scale fast-paced Customer Service or Operations based / technology driven environment
  • Knowledge of Polish Employment/Labour Law
  • Fluency in Polish and English, both verbally and written communication
  • Proven track record of HR /payroll and or compensation benefits delivery
  • Willingness to work flexible hours to enable on-site support for all employees

 

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong HR Systems knowledge (PeopleSoft knowledge advantageous)
  • Must be proactive and demonstrate a can do attitude
  • Strong Interpersonal skills- Develops and maintains good working relationships with internal customers. Treats others with respect. Builds trust and rapport.
  • Must demonstrate flexibility in order to meet the business needs
