For our Client, prestigious global organisation with an international Business Services Centre in Wrocław, we are searching for skilled individual that is willing to develop as a HR Advisor/Partner.
Your new role
As a HR Advisor/Partner you will be responsible for delivering successful solutions of core Communities of Expertise, HR processes including Talent & Development, Compensation, Benefits, Mobility, Employee Relations, Mergers & Acquisitions and special projects . Also you will be responsible for complex support of HR services such as year-end compensation planning, annual talent review & succession planning, performance management and management feedback on daily activities such as new hire offers, internal promotions and development plans etc.
What you'll need to succeed
Strong analytic skills, interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills. A reasonable understanding of Polish Labour Law and relevant employment legislation Proven experience in non-complex ER cases, routine HR projects and compensation planning
Fluent in Polish and English
