For one of our clients we are currently looking for experienced candidates to join their SSC in Kraków .
As a HR Specialist you will be responsible for data processing (according to the SLAs, deadlines and expected quality), interacting with employees by helping them with their queries regarding HR processes and policies. You will perform a wide variety of administrative and analytical support duties in HR areas such as Compensation, Learning and Development, HR administration, Talent Acquisition and Performance & career planning. Apart from that cooperation with other team members is required in order to keep all of the documents up to date.
We are looking for candidates with background in HR administration (6 months- 5 years), with advanced English, Polish and one of the following languages: German, French or Italian (B2+/C1 level).
To succeed you should be hold excellent written and verbal communication, ability to cooperate in international organization and client oriented attitude.
