General DescriptionThe position as a HR Administratorhas the responsibility of handling inquiries through the GBS portal related to the yearly employee cycle. Inquiries are specifically related, but not limited to, to the following areas:
1. Benefits Administration
Ensure headquarter employees have access to or receive timely delivery of benefits according to their employment terms. This includes benefits administered by HR Employee Services as well as benefits administered by external vendors.
2. Employee Data Maintenance
Ensure HR system is updated and maintained to enable high data quality and accurate reporting.
3. Offshore Employee Services
Ensure scheduling through the provision of administrative support including work permits, travel arrangements, indemnity forms and other relevant HR documentation.1. Benefits Administration

The HR Administrator is responsible for the following tasks:
- Benefits Administration
- Ensure employee is eligible for selected benefit.
- Coordinate or route benefits delivery with external vendors or with internal departments where applicable.
- Receive and process invoice.
- Manage vendor relations where applicable.
- Coordinate benefit delivery associated with key occasions.
- Responsible for updating and communicating the progress to the relevant parties
- Provide guidance and training to new and junior team members
- Proactively identify improvement and optimisation opportunities in the team
- Employee Data Maintenance
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR system.
- Archive relevant employee documentation.
- Generate audit trail for employee data changes.
- Responsible for updating and communicating the progress to the relevant parties
- Provide guidance and training to new and junior team members
- Proactively identify improvement and optimisation opportunities in the team
Qualification Requirements
- Formal education at bachelor level or equivalent within relevant field
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant job
