Miejsce pracy: Wrocław
Responsibilities: - Administration of employee data - Performing tasks and transactions with full compliance to country specifics, rules, procedures and regulations, with highest time and quality standards - Assure data accuracy of files and systems, perform regular double checks etc - Providing trainings and refreshers to other colleagues. - Taking part in projects aligned with team and organization priorities. - Maintain very good, strong and professional relationship and partnership with customers, team, superiors and other teams
Essential skills and qualifications:
- Positive attitude in the area of corporate communication, customer oriented attitude - Ability to work in a multicultural environment - Ability to work as a team member - Ability to work in a changing environment - Strong customer service orientation - Attention to details - Independency, accuracy, keen on learning - Ability to manage time and prioritizing - Analytical skills - Knowledge of MS Office - Fluency in English - Fluency in French/German
