Job Description
We are looking for an administrative contribution to our team in Warsaw, who will support the HR / Administration department.
Responsibilities:
- HR and office administration
- Care about employee database and personal folders
- Care about newcomers - pre-on-boarding, accommodation, welcome days
- Responsibility for several HR documents
- Cooperation with other departments (payroll, expenses)
- Assist all employees with business travel arrangements and relocation package expenses
- Verify and record expenses for employees
- Keep the cash box
- Keep track of all assets of the company
- Administration of purchasing (invoices, purchase orders etc.)
- Responsibility for purchasing (service and equipment)
- The role of a receptionist in a front office
Requirements
- Secondary Education with Leaving Examination
- 1 year experience in the same or similar position
- English - advanced
- Perfect organizational skills
- Precision and conscientiousness
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to share, exchange and broaden the knowledge
