Job Description

We are looking for an administrative contribution to our team in Warsaw, who will support the HR / Administration department.

Responsibilities:

  • HR and office administration
  • Care about employee database and personal folders
  • Care about newcomers - pre-on-boarding, accommodation, welcome days
  • Responsibility for several HR documents
  • Cooperation with other departments (payroll, expenses)
  • Assist all employees with business travel arrangements and relocation package expenses
  • Verify and record expenses for employees
  • Keep the cash box
  • Keep track of all assets of the company
  • Administration of purchasing (invoices, purchase orders etc.)
  • Responsibility for purchasing (service and equipment)
  • The role of a receptionist in a front office

 

Requirements

  • Secondary Education with Leaving Examination
  • 1 year experience in the same or similar position
  • English - advanced
  • Perfect organizational skills
  • Precision and conscientiousness
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to share, exchange and broaden the knowledge
