HR Administration Specialist

Job location: Kraków

Responsibilities:

  • Support all the recruitment process on administration side - organize recruitment time tables for hiring managers, draft and place adverts, schedules logistics for onsite interviews with candidates
  • Administer all HR-related documentation: review and verify incoming and outgoing documentation for completeness, accuracy and compliance with established policies &procedures and applicable laws
  • Ensure the HR Database accurately reflects current staff conditions and details
  • Execute mainly country specific administrative tasks related to benefits including collaboration with possible internal and/or external stakeholders and benefits vendors
  • Support and/or administer the business travel related activities together with the other stakeholders and service providers, according to the agreed country practices related to e.g. bookings, travel approvals, processing expense claims
  • Act as primary point of contact with human resources, management, and employees on interpretation and application of all HR related policies and procedures including compensation & benefits and payroll

Requirements:

  • University degree possibly in HR or Business Administration
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience within HR Administration
  • Expertise within employment legislation and compensation & benefits regulation
  • Knowledge of principles and practices in HR administration
  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Proactive way of working with a strong “can do” attitude
  • Strong user knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel & Power Point skills
  • Good organization and coordination skills
  • Attention to details
  • Strong analytical and problem solving ability
  • Ability to work in teams
