For our Client, an international company located in KrakĂłw, we are currently looking for a suitable person for a position of HR Administration Specialist with Italian.
Your new role
The Candidate will be responsible for support internal customers in HR related activities, deliver best in class HR Service (employee lifecycle/learning and development/compensation and benefits, Talent acquisition, Performance & career planning ensure high quality and timeliness of the learning and development processes and assigned tasks, such as: coordination of training logistics, managing participant lists and nominations. In scope of the duties will be maintain good data quality in HR systems related to employee lifecycle, learning & development or compensation & benefits areas
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate should have about 2 years’ experience in relative job within multi international company. A knowledge of HR Systems will be an advantage. The Candidate should demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to cooperate in international and consumer oriented attitude. Fluent English and very good Italian is must.
