The position as a HR Administrator has the responsibility of handling inquiries through the GBS portal related to the yearly employee cycle. Inquiries are specifically related, but not limited to, to the following areas:
Benefits Administration
Ensure headquarter employees have access to or receive timely delivery of benefits according to their employment terms. This includes benefits administered by HR Employee Services as well as benefits administered by external vendors
Employee Data Maintenance
Ensure HR system is updated and maintained to enable high data quality and accurate reporting.3. Offshore
Employee Services
Ensure scheduling through the provision of administrative support including work permits, travel arrangements, indemnity forms and other relevant HR documentation.
