HR Admin Specialist

- Consolidating and preparing pre-payroll data (payroll calculation is done by external vendor);
- Coordinating process for: New Hires, Leavers, Expats, Salary changes, Maternity/Paternity Leaves, Overtime, Benefits
- Cooperation with Payroll vendor
- Ensuring seamless on-boarding and exits, monitoring data, updating details
- Internal and ad-hoc reporting
- Tracking medical leaves and holidays
- Point of contact for employees and managers in HR Admin-related queries
- Contact person for Internal procedures
Requirements:
- Knowledge of labor law regulations and experience within HR area, MS excel
- Previous experience in Optima would be an advantage
- Willingness to learn
- Detail orientated
- English on B2 level
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
- Highly customer focused, maintaining a professional attitude at all times
- Highly confidential. Understands and appreciates the importance of using discretion
- Team Player, supports the common workload and brings a collaborative style to ensure delivery and quality of service
