Lokalizacja: WarsawFor Our Client we are looking for IT Service Desk L1
Job Specifications:
- English speaking IT Service Desk operating 24x7x365.
- Shift system to provide 24x7x365 coverage.
- First point of contact for internal end-users located globally (Americas, Europe & Middle East & Africa, Asia & Pacific).
- Work in a call centre environment.
- Handle end-user issues coming from 3 different channels (phone calls, ITCentral tickets or ITCentral Chat queries).
- Log IT issues, categorise, prioritise and analyse them.
- Resolve end-user issues (First Call Resolution) or escalate to relevant assignment groups as appropriate.
- Performance will be measured to meet service level objectives.
- Work in accordance with standard operating procedures.
Candidate’s Qualifications and Skills:
- Very good spaeking in English is essential (other languages advantageous).
- Experience in IT Help Desk or IT Service Desk is a plus.
- Able to interact well with others and possess a clear understanding of customer service and support.
- Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office suite (MS Exchange, Active Directory, LAN/WAN, TCP/IP).
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving ability.
- Able to multitask and prioritise workload.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and processes.
- Flexible nature, prepared to work unsociable hours (weekends / night shifts, bank holidays).
