International company, a leader in its branch actively searches for Procurement, Health&Safety, Facility Management Practice Head. Job is located in Warsaw.
Hired person will be responsible for delivery of standardised, fully compliant Facilities Management processes and operations across the real estate business, auditing FM service delivery, guiding and training the FM teams, providing leadership in the area of FM delivery processes, acting as the HSSE Lead, working on health, safety, security and environmental initiatives, providing advice and support to managed teams. He or She will managing the activities and budgets of the procurement function.
We are looking for professionals with experience in Facilities and Health & Safety Management, technical/industry qualification, Understanding of the real estate sector and risk management. Detailed understanding of procurement and supply chain management processes and requirements. Preferred is line management experience with strong interpersonal awareness. Ability of planning ahead, problem solving skills and strategic thinking.
