For our client, newly established international Shared Service Centre in Cluj Napoca, we are currently looking for a new colleague, for the H&S Advisor position.
Your new role
In your new role you will liaise between managers, clients and workers in order to establish a standard procedure among all.You will do external audits of the field service engineers at customer sites and in the back offices
and you will make analyses of any incidents / accidents that may occur.
We will expect you to advise, initiate, define and follow up of measures to prevent further cases, develop and conduct training programs andinitiate and coordinate safety steering committees on country level, implement EHS strategies, programs and tasks on regional level.
In order to do so, a big part of the job will require to travel, so please make sure that you have high availability to travel before you apply.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will need min. 3 years of experience in a similar position. It's important to have performed safety audits in the past and any international knowledge or exposure, in a H&S position would be considered a plus.It' s important also to have OSHAS 18001 and 14001 knowledge and experience.
English language is a must. Another European language is considered a plus.
