On behalf of one of the largest CEE providers of world-class automated machines, technologies and solutions for various manufacturing industries, we are looking for experienced and effective candidates for:
Head of Technical Sales and Business Development, CEE | PolandMiejsce pracy: Warszawa
Major tasks:
Creation, implementation and development of a sales and marketing strategy for CEE and Poland
Managing and developing local and multinational technical sales teams
Building and maintaining relationships with clients in close cooperation with line divisions
Planning and implementation of the sales and marketing budget
Implementation of digitalization and innovation solutions in the area of sales and marketing
Building and maintaining relationships with global suppliers
Constant analysis of sales, market and performance data to optimize activities
Monitoring the CEE markets and competition
Cooperation with customer service, finance, procurement, logistics and other divisions
Key requirements:
Substantial experience in technical sales management in the Polish and/or CEE market
Experience in managing large and dispersed sales teams
Proven record of managing at least EUR 20 million sales per year
Hands-on knowledge of modern management tools
Fluent English, preferably good command of Ukrainian and/or Russian
Higher technical, economic or managerial degree
