A Shared Services Centre of a multinational production company located in Poznań.
Your new role
As an SSC Director you will be a part ofthe global management team. The position functions as the site director for the Poznań site and ensures operational, process and people excellence in all aspect of the services delivered combined with excellent service and vendor management. The Head of SSC will create world class organization aligned with Company standards and culture.
What you'll need to succeed
A successful candidate will have around 10 years of experience in the financial/accounting SSC/BPO sector and minimum 6 years of people management and vendor management experience. Moreover, the ability toplan effectively, set priorities, drive change towards standardising and optimising processes and tobalance local and global expectations are essential. Excellent English skills and University degree are a must.
