Your new role
As a Head of Global HR you will be responsible for defining and delivering processes and action plans to continually develop the areas of recruitment and talent acquisition; engagement and retention, manpower and succession planning; performance management; compensation and benefits; HR metrics and services.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in the role you need to have a broad range of HR experiences and experience in dealing with multiple jurisdictions. We will expect you to be able to deal with senior team members, up to board level and have the ability to be the ‘arbitrator’ between those with different view points. Good understanding of employment law issue and broad understanding of reward and benefit provision will be desired. You need to have experience of trades union consultation and negotiation and team management experience. If you are educated to degree level in a relevant discipline and HR systems selection and implementation it will be much appreciated. Being fluent in English is a must.
