Our Client is a leading global consulting and construction company, which specializes in bringing about unique and sustainable solutions regarding the process of project creation, consultancy and project management. Due to a recognition of an internal need, our Client is looking for a person willing to take charge over the Water Division of the company.
Head of Division Water will be essentially responsible for the process of business development through the creation of diverse portfolio for public and private sector clients, as well as for development and execution of the strategy for Water Management Team. Head of Division Water will also be involved in the process of creation of proposals, management of subcontracting and supervision over the bidding/tender process. Other key responsibility will be driving the international cooperation, by ensuring the alignment on the joint strategy through the close cooperation with other Water Team Managers globally.
A perfect Candidate will be a recognized professional with a track record of winning strategic pursuits in Water sector and 10+ years of relevant professional experience. The key qualities are strong entrepreneurship and leadership, strategic thinking and ability to translate strategies into operational planning and execution. We are looking for a person with experience in the management of execution of large Water projects, able to supervise many large-scale projects running in parallel. Excellent English skills and negotiation skills are of key relevance. The Candidate has to be prepared for regular travels in Poland and to some extend in Europe.
