Our client is a professional Pharmaceutical organization, based in Germany.

Our client is a growing pharmaceutical company in the South of Germany.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

As Head of Development you make sure that new ideas can be realised.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Management and Team Lead of Development department
- Developing new products
- Supervision of international projects
- Selection of suited CROs

REQUIREMENTS

- PhD in pharmaceutical studies
- at least 5 years experience in Team leading of at least 5 members
- deep knowledge in ICH-Guidelines, GMP and GLP
- Project management experience
- fluency in German
