On behalf of our Client, a global BPO company established in Toruń, we are currently seeking people interested in the position of Head of Customer Service to lead Customer Service unit with 130 professionals spread into 6 countries.
Your new role
As a Head of Customer Service you will be responsible for high end-to-end customer resolution, excellent customer experience and solid revenue stream. Moreover you will need to manage billing and customer master data activities, ensure high customer satisfaction for the services provided and contribute to the strategy and action planning as a unit leadership team member. The scope of responsibilities will include secure 24/7 monitoring of customer processes and proactive incident resolution as well as lead 1st tier Customer Service for all customers.
What you'll need to succeed
As in ideal Candidate you can demonstrate a track record of successfully led and transformed global Customer Service organizations preferably in SSC/BPO environment, moreover you have at least 10 years of experience as Service unit leader in large international organization To succeed in this role you need to have strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Moreover the role requires to demonstrate strong change management skills to lead technical teams through business environment change and growth and strong Customer Focus to understands customer needs and drive end-to-end customer engagement throughout the organization.
