As a Head of Analytical Lab you will manage the Analytical Laboratory of the European Headquarters to ensure a culture of quality in all the activities performed.Responsibilities
- Lead the Analytical Laboratory team by ensuring that internal SOPs and GxP guidelines.- Manage the department's members, resources and budgets in an efficient way.
- Supervise the progress of work and ensure that performance standards are met
- Manage Laboratory processes including investigations, CAPAs, GRAs, Audits and other compliance activities.
- Manage the team through talent identification, performance monitoring and employee's mentoring
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Analytical Chemistry or similar- +3 years of experience in leading a laboratory
- Expertise in pharmaceutical processes, analysis techniques and cGxP
