For our Client, we are presently seeking for Candidates, interested to work as Head of Accounting in Katowice.
On this position you will be maintaining general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts, preparing a trial balance, reconciling entries in respect of Invoicing for rent to tenants, Fix assets ledger, depreciation, Booking of supplier invoices and e-invoicing of utility costs. It will be necessary to prepare audit responses and answer audit questions, monthly VAT declarations or year CIT calculation including deferred tax. Your responsibilities will also include preparing audit responses and answer audit questions, supervising team of up approximately 3 accountants, function as a lead accountant to provide guidance and assistance to other team members, coordination of cash management activity to ensure timely disbursement of obligation and collection of receivables, as well as compliance with the relevant recording regulation, providing reports and statements for the management and control procedures to ensure the accuracy of data reported to external and internal management. You will be closely cooperating with CFO and CEO.
Candidates that we are looking for should have Bachelor or University degree in economics, Experience with PC-based spreadsheet and data processing applications, minimum of 5 years accounting and controlling experience and fluent English skills. People with knowledge of MS Office, who are hardworking, dedicated and committed with high result orientation will find themselves in new role like no one else.
