Hardware Environment Expert

For one of our Clients we are looking for VAS (Value Added Service) Systems Integrator with 3 years experience.

Location: Wrocław or Szczecin (Poland)
Start date: June 2012
Duration: 4 months or long-term cooperation

Responsibilities:
Working as member of Centre of Excellence in Poland candidate will be involved in new installations and post installation integration at the Telecom Provider’s premises.
To support those activities we are looking for candidate who:
• Will actively take part in planning, installing, integrating, and executing post install activities (SAT)
• Will provide post installation support if required.
• Will cooperate with local team members to extend knowledge for remote support.
• Will provide on the job training for the others from the team.

Requirements:
• MSc in Telecommunication, Electronic or related discipline.
• 3 years experience in working with newest NSN VAS equipment (NBG, VaaS).
• Experience in successful installation and integration NBG high-capacity with supported features on IBM platform including Streaming, Reporting Server and Web Cache and IMP
• Integration experience with SMSC, MMSC, GGSN and Billing integration
• Basic experience in NBG with 3rd party content adaptation integration.
• Basic experience in NBG solution with NMS integration.
• Familiarity with F5 VIPRION load balancers
• Knowledge of VaaS components
• Experience in successful VaaS installation and integration.
• Experience in any VaaS Application startup (SMSC,MMSC, NBG, NPS, NEMS)
• Good English (spoken and written).
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently abroad for long-term project.

Nice to have:
• SS7 basic protocols stack knowledge.
• Experience in cooperation with telecom Customers.
• Practical knowledge of VMware vSphere ESXi or RHEV 2.2.5
