Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Brussel Belgium.
Our Client is an international group that delivers in more than 100 countries worldwide. Focus really is on innovation of products and solutions in the bakery industry.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
In this position you have to ensure that our clients SUPPLIERS and CONTRACT MANUFACTURERS are managed in line with company standards. Therefore Performance Management and Quality Audit have to be conducted to manage the associated risks, with the goal to be reliable partners for the supply base and the stakeholders.
You will be the member of the group quality audit team and you will do some audits aswell, as you remain the main auditor for the group.
Coordinate Sustainability activities
Train and develop other supplier auditors in other regions
Act as a Quality partner for one or more business units
RESPONSIBILITIES
The result has to be a continuous improvement program of the supply base, to minimize production impact due to incoming material quality.
Great impact on the business because you are responsible for auditing and improving suppliers and contract manufacturers.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3 years experience in a manager role (QA/QC/Auditor Food)
- Lead auditor experience for ISO 9001 or ISO 22000
- Knowledge of different QFS Systems
- Fluent in English
- Travel up to 40% of the time
