Group Consolidation Controller
Job description:
- Timely preparation of data (tables and text) for quarterly/annual consolidated reports
- Monthly Intercompany confirmations and reconciliations
- Calculation of consolidation adjustments
- Monitoring of delivery of monthly/quarterly/annual /ad hoc reports by ROUST CORPORATION Group entities/BU
- Following up discrepancies in entities’/BU’s reports
- Preparation of quarterly BS and P&L analyses for Group CFO
- Preparation of ad hoc reports based on consolidated data
- Maintenance and updating of reporting templates, incl.: 10-Q/10-K and related notes; Analyses; IR deck
- Group Reporting package and supporting schedules
- Responding to auditors requests/queries during periodical financial audit/review
- Developing of new financial processes and tools to improve efficiency of reporting processes
- Other ad-hoc tasks
SPECIALIZATION:
- Preparing quarterly Group consolidated reports according to the IFRS standards.
- Unrealized Profit adjustment calculation and analysis
- Coordination of intercompany reconciliation process and related party transactions analysis.
Candidate profile:
- Finance / Economics Faculty Degree
- At least 3 years of experience on a similar position, at least 1 year with consolidation
- Fluent English and Polish is a must, Russian is an additional asset
- Strong analytical skills (that includes advanced knowledge of Excel)
- Excellent communication skills
- Self‐motivated with strong problem‐solving skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Ability to work under time pressure
- Nice to have: IFRS/ US GAAP knowledge, full or partial qualification in recognized accounting certifications or courses (ACCA, CIMA, KIBR etc.) will be an asset
