Job overview:
- Technical and operational support of one or more designated process and activities that form the ITMS and/or within on of the GRC IT Shared Service areas (IT Control Framework, IT Governance and Performance)
- Working with the respective teams to coordinate process activities
- Carrying out one or more activities of a process
- Working with other stakeholders, such as their manager, co-workers, users and customers, and external third parties to ensure the activities related to designated processes and/or shared service areas carried out effectively
- Creating or updating records to show that activities have been carried out correctly
- Participating in the development and implementation of solutions to tactically or permanently eliminate problems affecting the day to day operations of projects and services
An ideal candidate possesses:
- Relevant degree or equivalent work experience
- Understanding and experience of ITIL based service management practices.
- Understanding and experience of project management practices.
- Knowledge and experience working with Six Sigma/Lean Sigma processes and tools.
- Some experience in using GRC tools to enable risk management, compliance monitoring, and IT Project/Service performance e.g. RMS, Carisma 3, Orion [Qlikview]
- The ability to make appropriate technical decisions, initiating action to resolve operational issues
