You will be a good match if you:

- Minimum 2 + years experience in a similar role within Design/Digital industry
- A strong multi-platform/media portfolio of work that demonstrates the cutting edge of digital web and print design skills
- You have strong visual design, typography and artworking skills, particularly around how good visual design coheres with interaction and usability
- An in-depth knowledge of graphic design, web and user-interface best practices and techniques
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (esp. Illustrator, Photoshop and Indesign) and other Design studio industry leading tools and methods
- Clearly communicate the value of design and brand within a business context
- The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- High attention to detail, craft and quality
- The ability to work well in a team as well as being individually directed
- Comfortable with ambiguity, helping to surface and define the problems not just the solutions
- A clear, confident communicator and presenter with excellent written and spoken English language skills

As a part of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Knowing the intive brand and corporate design language and progressing this beyond its current position today
- Creating visionary and captivating designs for various digital platforms
- Liaising with other internal departments to ensure critical information is communicated at the correct time
- Designing captivating marketing material and presentations as well as promotional/attraction merchandise
- Transforming various editorial content and bringing our stories to life with graphic flair
- Supporting stakeholders from the company to bring their plans and ideas to life
- Consult with internal clients and creatives to obtain a clear understanding of their visual communication requirements and develop from briefs to sketch work to high quality digital outputs
- Design digital marketing assets, including banners, mailers, websites, social media platforms, applications etc.
- Producing internal client presentations to sell a concept, idea or pitch
- Spreading creativity: Share creative ideas in co-operation with our team
- Identifying the latest design trends and continuously sharing them with the wider team
- Continuing to raising the quality bar of design craftmanship and knowledge at intive
