 Graduate job with German or French (in Finance and Accounting)

Main duties:

• Contact customers to initiate and progress cash collection

• Responding to the customers’ requests in a timely fashion in German or French language

• Support team in area of Customer Relationship

• Administrative/accounting transactions

• Ensuring high quality of services

• Improving the procedures and processes

Requirements:

• Fluency in French or German language

• Very good English language skills

• University Degree (in Economy/Finance or Accounting preferably)

• Demonstrated ability to work calmly in fast-paced environment

• Outstanding customer service skills (internship/work/training)

• International experience is an advantage
