An opportunity for experienced Chief Accountants to join a team of a fantastic CFO in stable company - during these days - from FMCG sector.
Client Details
Our Client is a manufacturer of food products we are using daily: somethimes as a finished product or used in other products, but we don't realise that.
Description
- Responsible for all tasks of operational and strategic accounting
- Preparation of financial statements in accordance with the Accounting Act and group reports according to IFRS
- Managing the yearly audit process
- Supervision and optimization of internal control system
- Supervision over tax declarations and information (including CIT, VAT), as well as reports for external institutions, e.g. banks, US, GUS, UC, NBP
- Preparation of Transfer pricing documentation
- Preparation of reports according to the Management Board needs
- Following the changes in tax/reporting regulations and implementing them
- Optimization of accounting and tax processes
- Support the management in tax cases
- Managing the accounting team
- Cooperation with the administration in 4 production locations
Profile
- 5 years' experience in Chief Accountant role
- Experience in a production enterprise and in international corporations
- ERP system experience - very good SAP knowledge will be an advantage
- Thorough and up to date knowledge of Polish taxes regulations and practical experience

- University degree in economics or business administration
- Additional education or certificates related to accounting will be an advantage
