Are you a seasoned supply chain professional with a solid track record in SC Operations and Continuous Improvement?
For Our Client, an international manufacturing company, we are looking for experienced Supply Chain Manager based in Warsaw.
In this role you will have the opportunity to be working with local and global disciplines to ensure best in class operational performance in line with our customer and shareholder expectations at a high growth potential site. Your main goal will be management of a team across all Supply Chain departments (planning, procurement, manufacturing, manufacturing engineering / quality, transportation & logistics, warehouse and inventory management).Moreover, you will define the Supply Chain site strategy in agreement with global guidelines and company values and establish and monitor Supply Chain budget and standard KPI’s. Optimization is a key to success – proposition of continuous improvement/lean initiatives, analysis of benefits/cost/change management.
Our ideal candidate should possess the ability to demonstrate capabilities to influence KPI improvements in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Agility, and Cost using structured problem-solving techniques. You should have at least 10 years of experience working in a Supply Chain Leadership role in international environment,with shown success is a requirement to be successful in this role. Educational background within Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.Candidate must have strong analytical, change management, and leadership skills. Hands-on experience using Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement methods. Excellent English language is a must. Experience in SAP implementation would be strong asset.
