Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Netherlands.
Is one of the leading Food companies in Northern part of Europe. The company is responsible for the manufacturing and marketing of specialised food products which are sold in more than 45 markets in the world. ROLE DESCRIPTION
You will be part of the Engineering department and globally you will be the main support and educator of local process engineers to implement different process technologies. You will part of a team of engineers, global team managers and you will be reporting to the Operational Excellence Director. In this team you will lead the process optimization and process feasability studies to provide support to different international plants within the Northern part of Europe. By using your expertise in process engineering and management you will create the bridge between Innovation and Engineering.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leading process optimization studies to document and share best practice
- Leading process feasibility and design studies to confirm existing and future capabilities
- Being the main support as a process engineer for different plants
- Creating the technology bridge between Innovation, VE and Central Engineering
- Providing process support to multiple projects
- Leading the energy thrust and coordinate energy mangement & efficiency improvements accross the different production sites
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor and/or Master in Chemical (Process) Engineering
- 5-10 years of experience in (Food) Processing
- Entrepeneurial and proactive mindset
- Well developed team playing and communication skills
- Project Management experience
- GMP knowledge
- Hygienic Design knowledge
- Fluent in English
