ROLE DESCRIPTION
Responsible for global Pharmaceutical Operations
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for all Pharmaceutical Operations
- Development of Strategic Plans in order to reach commercial goals
- Development of operational plans
- Embed Continuous improvement in organization
- Empower sites to function with a high level of autonomy
- Ensure that operations has strong leadership
REQUIREMENTS
- Life science, Engineering or Business Degree
- Strong manufacturing & operational background
- Significant leadership experience of managing 450+ people
- Experience in transforming organizations
- Strong (bio)pharmaceutical background
- Understanding of cGMP
