Global Implementation Manager (Travel Sector)

- Build and manage the Implementation project:
- Act as unique point-of-entry
- Ensure coordinated action between organization, external parties and customer
- Initialize project planning and keep project plan updated
- Communicate
- Identify all activities necessary to produce all project deliverables
- Analysis:
- Analyze customer’s requirement and provide solution
- Identify specific actions necessary to integrate company’s products
- Size the implementation project
- Estimate and identify expected resources
- Establish, track and follow-up individual Customer implementation projects
- Build detailed implementation project planning
- Monitor project and ensure the quality of deliverables
- Evaluate project risks and propose mitigation actions
- Communicate and report on project resources, progress, risks and costs
- Escalate any issue impacting costs, project delivery timeline or scope manager
- Customer support:
- Perform Customer presentations, kick-off meetings and workshop
- Provide documentation of implementation processes/ customer guidelines
- Provide functional expertise and support during implementation
- Support customer in implementation roll-out communications
- Conduct Customer satisfaction surveys/ post mortems
- Process Improvement:
- Analyze and act on KPI measures
- Autonomously solves problems that could impact in the implementation project
- Optimize recurrent customer implementations under responsibility
- Propose internal tools/ techniques to reduce implementation unit costs
- Knowledge sharing:
- Support knowledge sharing within the teams (central and global delivery organization)
- Act as main point of contact for the knowledge sharing with Latam organization
- Extensive knowledge of travel technology and industry practices, particularly Travel agency and Online booking system related
- IT University degree or 4 to 5 years professional experience on similar job
- Fluent English (written & spoken)
- Previous experience in an Implementation or Project Management role appreciated
- Superior project management and organizational skills
- Good understanding/experience of large system integration projects and challenges
