Your new role
Working on this position, the Candidate will be responsible for leading the Finance Shared Services Operations according to the highest quality and efficiency standards; developing organization competences; finance operation process performance metrics; continuous improvement projects; relationships with key finance and business stakeholders; leading and supporting Global Business Process Owners; maintaining high employee engagement.
What you'll need to succeed
The perfect Candidate is a seasoned finance, accounting and shared services executive. He/She has 10+ years of relevant experience including leading large teams within a finance shared services units. Global experience, fluency in English and willingness to travel globally are a must because of the role’s international exposure. We are looking for the Candidates with a proven track in organizational change management and project management. You need to have experience with SAP or other business systems.
