Your new role
As the new Global Atlassian Application Owner, you will work closely together with the Global Atlassian Administrator, the IT Service management team and Atlassian solution partner to continuously ensure that the roadmap of features is implemented according to the set dates, the agreed scope and on the agreed budget. The position includes meeting with a wide array of stakeholders within ISS to identify how their business requirements can be mapped into functioning solutions by using Jira Service Management, Insight, Confluence and a wide selection of best in class apps. You will become the main champion to promote the platform towards business users and ensure that feedback is collected to ensure an overall high degree of satisfaction.

More specifically, you will be responsible for:
- Development and maintaining a strategic feature roadmap
- Reporting on the strategic feature roadmap progress and spending
- Supplier management of our strategic Atlassian solution partner
- Identification and description of new features and purchase orders
- Backlog refinement
- License management together with procurement
- Day to day prioritization and coordination with external vendors
What you'll need to succeed
- You probably hold a Masters Degree in IT or other relevant domain but the most important factor is real world implementation experience within the area of responsibility for the position
- Experience with the Atlassian product suite, especially Jira Service Management, Insight and Confluence
- Atlassian certifications are preferred, but not mandatory
- ITIL Certification, preferably v4
- Experience with supplier and project management
- Fluent English, both written and oral.
- On a personal level you have an international mindset, high attention to detail, good stakeholder management skills, good interpersonal skills and are a strong communicator in English.
