A Shared Service Centre of an international, prestigious organization based in Poznań is looking for an experienced GL Team Leader with English.
Your new role
Your new responsibilities will include : leading and coaching a team of General Ledger clerks forming and executing GL, you are a focal point for the total team. You will also carry out recruitment, assessment and development conversations, establish a new collaborate relationship with stakeholders. Planning & execution of period close, participating in a transition project and other tasks will also be included in your daily work.
What you'll need to succeed
Successful candidates will have a University degree, around 5 years of working experience in accounting and some people management experience, advanced knowledge of Accounting Controls, excellent knowledge of English, MS Office and SAP. Previous experience in migration and educational background in accountancy/economics is an asset will be an asset.
