GL accountant

Responsibilities:
- supporting month-end closing activities including accounts reconciliation
- ensuring that transactions are carried out according to corporate policies and statutory regulations
- performing day-to-day general ledger operations: on-going journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations and monitoring, interface reconciliations, travel & expenses, fixed assets, standard inventory management, preparing standard reporting
- university degree in Business Economics or equivalent field of study
- minimum 2 years of accounting experience, including minimum 1 year with international company
- good understanding of SSC processes
- deep understanding for a high standard of service with the customer in focus
- very good communication skills
- ability to review and interpret financial data
- strong motivation to work in a complex organization focused on result and KPIs - strong customer service skills
- literacy with ERP system, advanced Ms Excel skills
- fluency in English (second foreign language will be beneficial)
