For one of our Clients, an American company establishing a Shared Services Center in Warsaw, we are currently seeking Candidates for the position of GL Accountant with Slovak/Lithuanian/Latvianlanguage.
GL Accountantwill be responsible for preparing standard and specialized reports, including balance sheets and income statements, accordingly to country specific GAAP’s, analyzing financial reports and records, making recommendations relative to the accounting reserves, assets and expenditures, participating in the month end closing process, as well as performing other relevant tasks and assisting with audits and various process improvement projects.
We are looking for Candidates with an Academic Degree in Accounting/Finance and 2+ years of relevant experience in GL, who are fluent in Englishand one of the following languages: Slovak, Lithuanian or Latvian. Proficiency in MS Excelis essential on this position, as well as financial analysis and reportingskills. Experience in process transition, as well as experience working with an ERP system (SAP/Oracle/other) would be an asset.
