Our Client is an international company specializing in real estate and investment management. Currently due to the dynamic development of SSC structures we are looking for professional and highly motivated candidate who would like to join General Ledger team.
GL Accountant with FrenchMiejsce pracy: Warszawa
Job profile:
- Preparing monthly general ledger account reconciliations as assigned, including intercompany accounts
- Analyzing P&L and Balance Sheet for posting errors, adequate accruals and the correct application of accounting rules
- Assisting with the preparation of data for tax returns
- Supporting payroll accounting
- Preparing Bank reconciliations
- Posting journal entries, including accruals, prepaid expenses, deferred income, payroll, bank journals etc.
- Running Month End Close Reports
- Loading data to the corporate reporting systems
- Acting as first line contact and support to any finance related queries
- Application of corporate policies and procedures as well as statutory and SOX requirements
- Assisting with the annual audit process
- Providing support for country finance teams in special projects.
Candidate profile:
- Fluent spoken & written English is a must, and very good communication skills in French
- Sound understanding of accounting principles is a must (US GAAP preferred)
- 2-3 years accounting experience
- Master degree in Accounting or Finance
- Good MS Excel skills
- Ability to work to a high level of accuracy and consistency
- Ability to work within tight operational deadlines and priorities
- Good organizational skills and problem solving skills
- Analytical skills
- Cooperation skills oriented on result and customer needs.
