Currently for our client, an international company located in Cracow we are looking for communicative candidates with fluent German and English (B2 level is a must).
In the scope of your activitieswill be providing high-level services for external and internal clients. Your duties will include administration tasks: data enhancement, verification of transport documents, verification for international regulations, providing advice to the Customer on alternative clearance services. As a part of a team you will be also responsible for solving client’s problems related to shipments and providing them correct information.
What you'll need to succeed?Desired candidate should have positive attitude and be eager to learn new things since previous experience in administration or customer service is not required . In this role you will support activities connected with processing different types of transport documentation which is why we are looking for well-organised candidates willing to preform administrative tasks. Moreover, if you have problem-solving attitude and ability to effectively prioritize activities it would be big advantage in this role! In addition, the perfect candidate needs to be able to communicate effectively with others, as his/her daily activities will depend on teamwork . Due to cross-functional projects and international scope of activities at this position you have to be good in German and in English . Numerical skills and computer literacy will be highly beneficial in the available position.
