German/ French Speaking SAP Assistant

We are currently recruiting SAP Assistants on behalf of an international financial services company. It is an incredible opportunity to gain the experience within Business Processes Outsourcing international environment. We are seeking for candidates with German or French language skills and some experience in SAP systems.

Responsibilities:

·                            Provide technical support for client’s SAP system, diagnose the issue and provide a path to resolving inquiries

·                            Respond to email tickets and phone calls to resolve end users queries related to SAP

·                            Educate users on support options, and the steps being taken to resolve their issue

·                            Interact with Level2/level3 support teams for follow-ups on break fix

Requirements:

·                            Fluency in German or French

·                            Very good English

·                            Basic knowledge of SAP systems (experience with troubleshooting technical problems with SAP will be an asset)

·                            Higher education degree

·                            Very good customer service skills

·                            Ability to work in dynamic situations

·                            Ability to identify solutions based on written procedures, guidelines, and process tools.

·                            Strong multitasking skills

·                            Open to frequent international business trips.
