Global Travel Solutions GTS AG is an e-commerce and software start-up founded in 2017 with headquarter in Vaduz/Liechtenstein and an additional office in Krakow. We are specialized in the travel and tourism industry and want to set new standards in the industry by providing innovative websites. For this purpose, we have developed our own intelligent software that makes travelling easier. With our software we run our own e-commerce services and support people in 23 languages from more than 25 countries to get to their destinations more effortlessly.
Our goal is to continuously improve and develop our software as well as offering and establishing our service worldwide!

This position can be also offered as student or part-time job.
Additionally we´re also searching for people who want to work in the evening / at night and week-end shift (part-time job).
Responsibilities:
Reviewing and quality check of customer applications.
Providing excellent customer support for inquiries via mail, live chat and ticket (in English – if you can cover any additional languages, that’s a big plus!).
Analyze und resolve most of the inquiries quickly and professional and escalate if needed.
Documentation of the issues and developing a knowledge database.
Professional, customer based attitude.
Fluent German and English (min. B2, C1 preferred), orally and written. You´ll have to communicate on a daily base mostly with German and English speaking customers.
Excellent communication skills.
Good IT skills and online affinity.
Reliable, accurate and patient method of working.
Great team player.
Ability and motivation to learn new things.
Working in a shift system.
Working experience in customer service will be an asset.
Additional language skills will be a big plus to your application.
