For international producer of building materials, company being a leader within it's sector of operations, supplying clients with high quality products, promoting green building concept and cultivating culture of openness and innovation, we are currently looking for a person to take the position of General Manager.
We are looking for a personwho will be responsible for all operations and P&L in Poland. General Manager will be a leader for Polish team: sales, marketing, technical, logistics and finance departments, will determine marketing and sales strategies for the area in order to achieve a growth market share and margins, ensure strategy implementation and adjustment of business objectives when necessary. General Manager will be responsible for people motivation, definition and realisation of qualitative and quantitative business objectives, ensure constant market observation and making use of business opportunities, creating long term marketing strategy as well as quick reaction to the market changes.
We are looking for candidates withat least 3 - 5 years of experience in general management of commercial organizations preferably from construction / building materials sector or experience in managing big sales & marketing teams from Director level. Candidates should have experience in managing team 40+, experience in commercial strategy creation and overall view on the construction sector business. Great leadership, communication, strategic and analytical skills are crucial. Very good command of English is a must.
