Your new role
As a GL Team Leader you will be responsible for leading and supporting the team of GL members and performing operational - accounting tasks. She/he Carries out recruitment, assessment and development conversations. Leads and coaches a team of General Ledger clerks to deliver a series of daily tasks ensuring operating procedures are adhered and targets exceeded. Focal point for the total team e.g. at escalations during the daily process. Manage stakeholder relationships. Compliant handling of the general ledger, period close (plan and execute, including monitoring outbound invoicing and revenue recognition) and all engagements related hereto, which involves natural interaction with a broad range of both internal and external stakeholders. You will also perform maintenance of fixed assets reporting in compliance with internal policies, SLA and external legislation. The responsibilities also include preparation of audit files and facilitation internal and external auditions. Identification of process improvements, maintenance of internal controls. You will join the migration process in one of the European country.
What you'll need to succeed
A successful candidate will have advanced accounting (general ledger) and ERP systems knowledge and at least 3 years of working, including minimum 1 year of people leadership experience. Advanced level of English.
