For international company, which decided to establish new Finance Centre located in the heart of Katowice, we are looking for General Ledger Professionals(Specialists, Seniors and Manager) who will take part in creation of a new team and process stabilisation.
Responsibilities in this team will include (but will be not limited to): accounts reconciliations, inventory accounting, variance analysis and ensuring that closing process is in line within time frames and with company policies. Moreover, you will play a key role in setting up the process, ensuring establishment of internal controls as well as assist in annual operating plan. New team creates the opportunity to take part in process improvements implementations as well as being a part of a unique project in Katowice.
As the team will be completely new we are looking for people not only with analytical and organizational skills but also for professionals with energetic and positive attitude who will create friendly work environment and add their value to company success. You should present previous experience within GL / AtR/ RtR/ Finance Analysisand good knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). Very good English knowledge is essential. For managers, experience in people management is required. Knowledge of additional language as well as degree in financial related field will be considered as an advantage.
