Role Summary/Purpose:

Responsible for providing financial planning, analysis and reporting for Corporate, a business, or a P&L within a business. Intermediate level professional positions requiring subject matter knowledge and experience, more independence in problem solving and decision making.

As Lead Finance Analyst you will be responsible for:

Regional support for regions: PA, GC, EU, and Meat regarding Manual adjustments on Sales, Backlog, Orders,
Design logic for a new reports,
Global support in terms of: PC CO$ blitz, Components CO reporting, Orders/Sales/BL trend, Top deals and cancellations report, maintaining the bible regarding monthly actual for Sales, Orders and CO, Top customers report, FX Impact on orders, FX Impact on backlog, NPI reporting, Backlog walk, 6Qtrs Backlog Convertibility, Real convertible orders summary w/ trans details

Qualifications/Requirements:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or equivalent in knowledge/experience),

Additional experience on advanced level in FP&A Operations will be an advantage,

Strong oral and written communication skills,

Strong interpersonal and leadership skills,

Ability to influence others and lead small teams,

Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact,

Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously,

Effective problem identification and solution skills,

Proven analytical and organizational ability.
