For international financial services company, with one of its offices located in Krakow, we are currently looking for Fund Accounting Team Manager – Derivatives who will join growing, perspective department.
Your crucial duties will include:
- managing OTC Derivatives team, reporting to senior management,
- conducting trainings, point of expertise for complex transaction processing, being involved in the take on of new business and modelling for new funds; responsibility for review of daily reconciliation,
- process transactions based on derivative instruments into the accounting system of the ETD and OTC market on SWAP, futures, options,
- matching and checking the internal and external items on the bank accounts,
- building up team structure including capacity management, - leading team members,
- direct contact partner for internal and external auditors,
- involvement in internal projects, recruitment of future team members as well as implementing new products, - improving assigned tasks and transformation projects.
We are looking for a professional with at least one year of experience in management and several years in Fund Accounting – Derivatives or related subject. Knowledge of different investment products / finance instruments is also required as well as strong analytical and interpersonal, leadership skills. Good English is irreplaceable. German language skills will be considered as an asset.
